highly skilled and detail-oriented Service Delivery Manager to join our
team. This position will report to the Global Director of Information
Security, CISO. You will play a critical role in designing,
implementing, maintaining and managing Modine\'s ITIL processes, ITSM
toolsets, Service Desk and Local Technical Support teams. Your expertise
will be essential in ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
to an organization\'s clients. You\'ll collaborate with cross-functional
teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the highest level of network
security. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and managing desktop support,
IT services desk, and IT support functions to ensure optimal service
Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and
implementing improvement activities wherever necessary Taking ownership
of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and
establishing effective communication between stakeholders for
post-incident reviews Ensuring that systems, procedures, and
methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the
scope of service delivery Taking accountability for service delivery
performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
Analyzing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating
strategies for service delivery optimization Ownership of implementing,
monitoring and enforcing critical ITIL processes within IT Managing our
strategic partner relationships to ensure quality delivery of IT
services Business Partnering Provide periodic review of operations
