Job Description

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, EXECUTIVE EDUCATION, Sloan School of Management, to manage the client relationship and program design for a mixed portfolio of programs and partners with one or more program managers for the delivery of their portfolio of programs.  This includes managing a portfolio of custom, open enrollment, and institutional programs; supporting the business development team in generating and responding to client requests for executive education offerings, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the full portfolio of program offerings and Executive Education faculty expertise; and leveraging relationships and activities across campus to enhance program and client development.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of industry or executive education programming experience.  PREFERRED:  MBA; ability to manage the program development process, including understanding the business challenges of the client and communicating these to MIT faculty and senior leadership of MIT Sloan Executive Education, connecting the client’s business challenges to faculty expertise and interests, and collaborating with MIT faculty to help design complex program offerings; demonstrated business acumen; and ability to work collaboratively with corporate senior executives, faculty, and staff at all levels of the client organization and MIT.  Job #23965-8

Salary range:  $73,490 - 98,283 - 123,075, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity.  Generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
