What\'s Available: .8 FTE (64 hours bi-weekly), night shifts Benefited
position What you will do: Provide support to patients through
counseling sessions and strategies Participate in 1:1 counseling
sessions as well as in group settings Work closely with clinical
supervisor regarding patients any concerns Assist with transfer and
discharge processes Transport patients to and from program activities
Document necessary information into computer systems What you need:
Associate\'s degree in a related field or actively pursuing a
bachelor\'s degree in a related field. BLS for healthcare workers 1 year
experience in a healthcare setting Valid driver\'s license Gundersen
