Here is what you will be doing each day: In this role you will be
responsible for supporting all aspects of the operation including guest
and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales
and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment. You will
be assisting the General Manager in leading the team in the development
and implementation of property-wide strategies, ensure implementation of
the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of
meeting or exceeding guest expectations and building relationships with
key customers. Does this sound like you? You have at least 2 years of
experience at as an Assistant General Manager at a hotel. Marriott
brand, Fosse and opening experience a plus. You have excellent
communications, computer, leadership, interpersonal and organizational
skills. You have an excellent knowledge of all aspects of operations of
a hotel. You have a passion for providing exceptional quality of service
