Job Description Summary | The House Managers ensure the smooth operation of the theater lobby and corresponding venue — Callahan Theater and Beston Hall primarily — seating areas. They provide high-level customer service to patrons before, during, and after shows, lead the Front of House team of ushers and volunteers, collaborate with the Stage/Production Manager and Box Office Coordinator, facilitate accessible seating, and maintain safe public areas. |
