Job Description

Leading GTT APAC (full)

Leading of „GTT-APAC", coordination of needed activities with head of GTT and heads of GTT departments ww.    
Operations: Functional and disciplinary leading of staff, tests and tasks to ensure best possible utilization of resources, aligned with heads of performance departments and GTT RS. Ensure interfaces to local and regional central functions (Controlling, HR, IT).

Strategy and regional responsibility (shared)

Strategy: Develop "efficient footprint strategies for GTT APAC" and align with GTT. Foster regional cooperation amongst all GTT test centers in APAC, build up a valuable regional base within GTT. Further develop strategy of department. Enable value creating collaboration across departments.

Management (full)

Fulfil responsibility for cost center budgets and invest. Ensure compliance regards to POMS. Ensure passing of all internal and external audits, witness tests and similar.  Be role model for tech. Compliance, Quality. Ensure impartiality of GTT testing in APAC.

Staff (shared)

Ensure efficient utilization, employment and further continuous qualification and development of staff in coordination with regional and local HR business partner organizations. People and organizational development. Clear communication to share messages and inspire.

Qualifications

- University degree mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or natural science (chemistry, physics).

- Professional experience in different fields of Business Sector Tires, min 2: R&D, GTT, Manufacturing, QM. Experiences on OEM side is a plus.  

- Successful leadership of technical projects and change management.

- Experience in leading people, min 3 years is a must, leading leaders preferred.     

- International assignment abroad for min 18months, experience of working in international teams.
