    Do you possess excellent communication abilities and strong data entry skills? Robert Half is seeking personable Customer Service Representatives to assist our client ongoing needs in the area. The Customer Service Representative will receive and process incoming calls from customers in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner and maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed. The Customer Service Representative will communicate with other departments within the company, respond to internal questions and issues, and review and process documents. This position also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems and will act as support for other teams within the company.
