Key Responsibilities: Make proper adjustments to colors on paint guns to
meet customer specifications. Use correct paint gun techniques for
consistency, density, and quality. Apply coatings to protect or decorate
workpiece surfaces using spray gun. Detect color differences, including
shades or brightness variations. Ensure products entering the booth are
coatable and that masking has been completed. Identify and troubleshoot
any issues at the paint line. Inspect finished surfaces for conformance
to specifications. Maintain production rates and uphold quality
standards. Check and identify worn parts on spray guns to ensure proper
function. Perform regular maintenance on paint guns, including cleaning
and adjustments. Set up paint guns accurately and properly. Maintain a
