We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. Your primary focus will be on addressing maintenance issues promptly. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. This includes repairing or replacing fixtures, appliances, plumbing systems, electrical systems, HVAC units, and other building components. Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of building systems and equipment. This includes regular inspections, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting various components to prevent breakdowns or malfunctions. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems identified during inspections. Analyze the root cause of issues and determine the most effective repair or maintenance solutions. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards when performing maintenance tasks. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training in maintenance or a related field is a plus. Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably with POC knowledge. Offered after 90 days is Health Insurance, boot allowance 401k matching.
