Primary Care Physician

Primary Responsibilities:

Clinic Locations: Yucaipa, CA

• Schedule: M-F; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with 1-hour available for lunch.
• Approximately 18-20 patients seen per day
• Examines, assesses, diagnoses and treats patients in a team-based care environment
• Clinical support staff; rooming patients, vitals, RX refills, and follow up appointments

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted CA Physician License
• Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
• Board eligible/Board certified

The salary/hourly range for California residents is $249,278 to $355,092 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
