the following: \* Understanding of Die Cast molds, water lines,
hydraulics and pneumatics \* Able to cycle through any program without
issue \* Monitors or controls quench tank levels and hydraulic fluids \*
Demonstrates the ability to use geometry while doing checks on blue
sheets \* Able to adjust and correct out of tolerance conditions
regarding water lines, shot tubes and slides \* Must be able to program
ladles, sprayers and servo shot controls for process control \* Able to
design and make process control sheets for process control \*
Responsible for metrics, charts, all other related paperwork and verbal
notification \* Be a part of the automation team to determine proper
cell layout / robot placement including peripheral equipment \* Program
robot for series of manipulator moves manually or by electronic
instructions to a microprocessor or by setting up and adjusting sequence
by hand-held teach pendant \* Troubleshoot to determine robot
malfunctions using knowledge of microprocessors, programmable
controllers, circuit analysis, electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics \*
Disassemble robots and repair defective circuit boards, sensors,
controllers, encoders, servomotors, servo valves and maintain robotic
systems including peripheral equipment \* Program and troubleshoot PLC,
Industrial Control systems and relay control circuits to include panel
layouts, wiring diagrams and interfaces. Perform testing, start-up, and
troubleshooting of PLC and Industrial Control systems \* Be able to
revise programs for PLC\'s to include integration into work cells with
regards to poke-yoke / mistake proofing \* Install robot safety systems
\* Work on AC and DC systems up to 480 volts \* Follow the requirements
of the Quality Policy, ISO/TS system, and procedures and participate in
the Continuous Quality process \* Maintain a clean and safe work
environment and report any unsafe conditions in a timely manner
