JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location - Milwaukee, WI Shift - 1st Shift Hours -
5:30am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday Pay Rate - \$16.00/hr. We\'re a

Assembler is responsible for completing sub-assemblies along with
choosing components and assembling for all Vertical Reciprocating
Conveyor (VRC) equipment orders in a timely, cost effective and
consistent manner to ensure a quality end- product and on-time delivery
in accordance with company procedures and policies and customer
requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Reviews order
documents, collecting all the correct materials and quantities from the
warehouse and gathering the proper equipment to complete the task
effectively and according to schedule, informing supervisor of any
deficiencies 2.Reads, understands and follows all individual job
instructions and requirements and complies with established processes
and procedures 3.Organizes all components on workstation and puts
together parts to build a complete sub-assembly by hand or using power
tools from provided documents and procedures 4.Prepares items for stock
and shipment by job order or quantities required for stock 5.Completes
daily checklist by initialing each item as it is completed noting any
errors or missing items 6.Maintains all required paperwork, records and
documentation 7.Performs cleaning and maintenance duties such as
sweeping, collecting and emptying trash, etc. as directed 8.Keeps tools
and equipment clean, organized and in good working order and makes
maintenance department and supervisor aware of any repairs needed
9.Primary focus of all business-related efforts is, and must remain that
of promoting excellence in all company\'s products QUALIFICATIONS
1.Requires experience in a fast-paced, team environment preferably from
a manufacturing business doing assembly 2.Requires 1-3 years of assembly
experience in a heavy equipment manufacturing environment 3.Requires the
ability to read blueprints and tape measurers 4.Requires the ability to
lift up to 50 lbs. 5.Requires a strong mechanical aptitude 6.Requires
working knowledge and safe use of basic and power hand tools 7.Requires
the ability to complete forklift training and operate multiple types of
forklifts safely 8.Requires the ability to handle multiple, competing
priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines while producing
accurate and high-quality detail work 9.Requires the ability to use
basic office equipment: fax, voicemail, copier, calculator, etc.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS 1.Frequent use of hands to finger, handle, grasp or
touch objects and tools 2.Frequent standing, walking, climbing,
kneeling, squatting, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, bending,
reaching, working above ground 3.Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds
4.Occasionally lifts and or moves up to 50 pounds 5.Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision,
color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to
