Job Description:
- Provide basic personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Replace sterile dressings and monitor wound healing
- Assist patients in and out of bed and moving around their home
- Keep accurate records of home visits
- Helping with meal preparation
- Take and monitor the patients' vital signs
- Administer prescription and over-the-counter medications
Qualifications:
- 1 year of verifiable experience
- CNA Certified
Job Schedule: Times vary; will work around patient’s needs
