Work you’ll do
This role is outward facing working directly with our client. Role respsonsibilities will include;
- Assisting client with electronic data processing, file conversion, and working within Relativity
- Data processing and load
- Productions and quality control
- General data management
- Troubleshooting data
- Workflow management of ESI
- Navigating complex data management
- Providing technical support to client's ESI division
- Evidence management from docuemnt collection to processing hosted in Relativity all the way to production for trial

Discovery is constantly evolving and changing as data volumes and sources continue to grow exponentially. We aim to help our clients solve their most pressing data management challenges by bringing key stakeholders together and helping them to navigate challenges such as cloud migration, implications of new technologies, evolving data sources, and pressure due to time constraints or regulatory requirements. Our practice has established itself as a leader in delivering the full spectrum of Discovery services to government agencies. Our teams apply eDiscovery leading practices and leverage analytics technology, as well as traditional legal research and writing, to assist government attorneys and agency staff through the litigation or information request process.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret Clearance is REQUIRED
- Travel up to 25%
- 3+ years of experience with eDiscovery/litigation support including electronic file processing, data file conversion, data culling, running productions, quality assurance, database loads and retrievals, and forensic analysis
- 3-5 years of Relativity experience REQUIRED
- Knowledge of SQL queries
- Knowledge of litigation process and EDRM workflows and government IT environment
- Experience in document review software (e.g. Relativity and Case Point), office automation, networksPC and server based applications, Windows, and encryption methods
Preferred:
- Relativity certifications are highly preferred
- Casepoint experience is highly preferred
- DOD experience is highly preferred
