Warehouse Coordinator. JOB OBJECTIVE: The Warehouse Coordinator will
play a pivotal role in our organization\'s warehouse operations by
ensuring the efficient and strategic receipt, storage, and distribution
of materials. With a focus on accuracy, safety, and space optimization,
the Warehouse Technician will contribute to our commitment to delivering
high-quality products to our customers while maintaining a
well-organized and efficient warehouse environment. CORE DUTIES: Daily
replenishment of all primary bins including all pickable locations and
vendor managed inventory. Monitor material usage in Business and Central
(ERP) to make strategic stocking decisions Strategically create new
stocking locations for new material based on usage and space
requirements Drive inventory layout improvements to ensure appropriate
stocking levels are determined and space is effectively being utilized.
Coordinate with Procurement Specialist to ensure any shortages are known
Complete the receipt of inbound material. Unpack and check goods
received. Process purchase orders to receive in the inventory and
physically deliver product to the correct location Complete any inbound
inspections needed for critical materials Complete weekly and monthly
cycle counts Coordinate small parcel outbound shipments including
shipping goods to Field Engineers Monitor and create 3D printed material
and RFID passes based on demand Perform routine maintenance and safety
checks on warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, and
report any maintenance needs promptly Projects and other duties as
assigned. Pick orders and support Production technicians Complete
customer configurations Understand essential duties of the Logistics
coordinator Back up Logistics Coordinator during absences Demonstrates
inclusion through their own words and actions and is accountable for a
safe workspace. Acts with kindness, curiosity and respect for others.
