General Purpose
Under supervision, provides on-site support of computers, associated
software, printers, scanners and network devices that includes
installing, modifying and repairing computer hardware/software systems and
external peripherals. Interprets problems and provides technical support for
hardware, software and systems.
This individual provides on-site and remote support in branch and field
offices.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
