POSITION:
Chief Nursing Officer.
DUTIES:
This is a Nursing Management position responsible for organizing and
supervising the work of the Southern Ute Health Center nursing programs to
ensure that effective nursing services are provided, and quality standards
are met.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be an RN from a professional nursing program approved by the legally
designated State accrediting agency at the time the program was completed.
Must have 5 years of clinical nursing experience with 3 years in a supervisory
or administrative capacity.
Must maintain unrestricted licensure to practice nursing in the State of
Colorado.
Must maintain basic life support certification.
Must provide current immunization records or obtain required immunizations at
the Tribal Health Center prior to starting work in order to meet regulations
required for all clinical providers.
Must provide recent TB test results or be able to obtain a TB test at the
Tribal Health Center prior to starting work.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a valid Driver's License for state of residency and be insurable
