NY1495608 Adjunct Instructor - ESOL and English Composition Salary: Current adjunct rate $57.51 per contact hour increasing to $58.95 per contact hour for the Fall Semester. MVCC's School of Humanities invites applications for part-time Adjunct Instructors to teach courses in: English for Speakers of Other Languages, and English Composition. Teaching faculty at MVCC have the primary responsibility of fulfilling the College mission of providing high-quality educational opportunities to meet the diverse needs of our students. Adjunct faculty members teach contracted classes in accordance with established policies and guidelines. For Spring 2024, we are seeking adjunct instructors to teach in-person between 8:00am and 4:00pm only. This position may include class assignments at the Rome or Utica campus. Specific assignments will be made according to the academic qualifications and availability of the individual and School needs.
