Business Product Marketing Manager Responsibilities
  • **Please note this role does not possess direct reports**.
  • Partner with Sales teams, Product Marketing Managers, and cross-functional teams to build and activate go-to-market strategies for highest priority product solutions.
  • Execute go-to-market plans and growth initiatives for Facebook products.
  • Identify market opportunities and shape future advertising products by synthesizing market intelligence and sharing comprehensive knowledge of the market.
  • Analyze internal data to prioritize and build vertical activation and growth plans based on the market main opportunities.
  • Provide LATAM market feedback to product development teams such as main adoption roadblocks and future opportunities for roadmap.
  • Partner and collaborate to generate product initiatives.
  • Educate and inspire sales, partners, and businesses at scale by prioritizing products and solutions for market segments, crafting communications and marketing materials, creating growth plans with defined success metrics, and building and running activations and programs to drive the adoption of solutions or products.
  • Position new advertising products and feature enhancements for a region or industry vertical.
  • Act as product consultant for the LATAM market, identify critical area of product growth, and influence market buy in.
  • Communicate with leadership internally and externally.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 24 months of work experience in job offered or in a marketing-related occupation. Experience must include 6 months of experience in each of the following
  • 1. Building and leading product strategy for a regional operation in LATAM, to increase product adoption
  • 2. Developing work plans by synthesizing market-related data, leading analysis, and defining a holistic plan
  • 3. Data analysis: identifying product adoption opportunities in the markets and translating numeric insights into opportunities
  • 4. Working with partnerships teams across LATAM
  • 5. Experience in products and working in multiple LATAM markets, such as Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, or the Caribbean
  • 6. Taking feedback for the markets, and the go-to-person of LATAM, bringing the company’s product roadmap for the go-to-market in-region.

$195,804/year to $244,200/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
