AR - CSR Representative

AR - CSR Representative (BBBH5512104) Loveland, Colorado

Salary: USD25 - USD35 per hour

Manpower is partnering with a global agricultural company to find CSR reps with an accounting background. This is a 5 month contract with the possibility of being extended. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the Loveland, CO office!

What you will do:

-Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate way, via various channels (phone, email or chat)

-Gain extensive knowledge of SAP (S4 Hana FI) and PeopleSoft for proficiency in answering customer questions

-Monitor and Assist with the posting of customer payments and application

-Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude and de-escalate situations with all parties

-Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

-Identify and resolve issues as well as assist branches and customers with inquiries, including educating users about new features and functionality

-Keeping records of interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

-Utilize internal tracking tools (ServiceNow) to add information about issues and useful resolutions

-Escalate issues and resolutions to the appropriate parties by communicating and coordinating with colleagues and various teams as necessary

-Share effective resolutions and workarounds with team members

-Perform other duties and projects as assigned

What you will bring:

-Self-Motivated and the ability to work well under pressure, performing at high levels in fast-paced ever-changing work environment

-Ability to anticipate needs and follow through with minimum direction

-Ability to lead by example and work well with others

-Strong prioritization and organizational skills

-Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office-Excel)

-SAP s/4 Hana FI and High Radius CAA experience is a plus

-Experience using help desk software and remote support tools, along with CRM knowledge

-Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and multi-tasking abilities

-Ability to be empathetic, to de-escalate tense situations and to have patience when handling tough issues

-High School diploma/GED

-Accounting Degree in process or new graduate preferred

-Customer Service experience
