- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, with 5-10 years of progressive project management experience within an industrial setting, preferred lumber manufacturing setting. Or equivalent large capital project management work experience of 15+ years.
- Experience with manufacturing methods and continuous improvement processes.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of statistical theory and application.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, MS schedule, and AutoCAD.
- Demonstrated personal commitment to safety.
- Knowledge of safe work practices in an industrial environment, industrial equipment theory and operation, project management, scheduling, and purchasing, contractor management.
- Knowledge of and experience leading process reliability practices.
Our Investment in You: What We Offer
Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $126,000 to $189,000 with mid-point of $157,600 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 20% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees can enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with paid vacation for up to 3 weeks to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 hours along with paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
