Richair Comfort Solutions is a true leader in ductless mini split heating and cooling systems sales, installations and service. We are looking for dedicated and motivated professionals to join our Installation team. Responsibilities: Traveling to customers homes or place of business. Installing high efficiency ASHPs, such as ductless mini split systems and commercial VRF systems. Suggesting areas where equipment should be set up and where piping should be placed. Removing old and replace with new installation connections. Providing customers with technical answers as needed. Promoting safety while lifting heavy objects, using power tools and portable ladders. Cleaning up after the job is complete. Recording performed work on company' paperwork. Maintaining company's van stock levels, maintaining the company' van in clean and working order. Performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and necessary repairs (as career advancement)
