engineering vision of a product line Owner of Design Plans as part of
the Ariens Product Development process Oversee the design and test
plans, product launch timelines, and resource management to hit those
timelines Responsible for establishing and achieving material cost
targets Drives customer value-added innovationwithin the engineering
team and hold team members accountable to complete projects on time and
on budget Teach best practices and create design standards for all
vehicle systems Contribute to strategic and tactical plans to support
the broader business plan Responsible for delivering the Technical Data
Package (TDP) including bills of material, technical drawings, and
driving demands in the system Prepare engineering documents including
