JOB REQUIREMENTS: Tenneco is one of the world\'s leading designer,

aftermarket. Same as Header JOB SCOPE: Design, define, and implement the
necessary elements in the plant operations that contribute to the
reduction of failures, and increase productivity, without affecting
quality and performance variables. Implement automation and integration
processes in the machines. RESPONSIBILITIES: Define, analyze, and
improve the variables that may impact the percentage of availability in
operations. Implement controls and documentation for compliance with
standards of safety requirements. Train employees according to defined
processes, standards, and customer requirements, ensuring failure
prevention. Design and implement process optimization projects based on
a cost/benefit analysis. Analyze actions that impact the effectiveness
of preventative maintenance, considering previous failures and
supplier\'s manual or recommendations. Automate and integrate internal
machine processes. Executes the quick risk assessment of the machine to
change components/tooling Performs safety projects (machine safety).
Ensures compliance with the prevention measures adopted, for their own
safety and health at work and for that of others who may be affected by
their professional activity, due to their acts and omissions at work, in
accordance with their training and the Environmental Health and Safety
instructions that apply to them respectively. Immediately inform their
hierarchical superior and/or the competent persons in preventative
matters of any situation detected which in their opinion implies a risk
of incident, as well as of any deficiency in the safety devices.
Collaborate with the identification of hazards and use existing controls
to minimize incidents and occupational diseases. Collaborate with the
emergency brigades, in the extinction of accidents and their effects, in
the rescue of victims of work incidents, etc. Other duties may be
assigned EDUCATION: Bachelor\'s or Associate Engineering degree or
process/manufacturing engineering experience as noted below SKILLS &
EXPERIENCE: In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a
