Will conduct training (in person and online) for employees of RBR Alliance, Blue River Services and Rauch, Inc. Troubleshoot and/or diagnose audio, visual, switching and control system when situations arise that are not expected while determining proper solutions. • Provide post training support to answer and solve any additional questions/concerns of the trainees (more detail). • Create and present educational resources such as Quick start guides, power points, and other material to enhance learning. • Perform related IT duties as assigned by supervisor. • Ability to travel between all facilities in Southern Indiana.
Qualifications: • One to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Software systems experience required. • Strong interpersonal relationship skills and experience communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and colleagues. • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively. • Ability to work with adult learners to influence/educate without authority. • Be patient and motivate trainees to achieve high levels of performance. • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with small groups of people, in person, online and within the company. • Self-directed and able to work without supervision. • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. • Keen problem-solving skills, with a passion for successfully solving issues when unexpected problems arise. • A high level of personal accountability and ability to work independently. • Experience with audio visual, IT installation/integration.
