Located in Osseo, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the rewarding role of cabinet finisher. Location: Osseo, MN
Wage: $18 - $25 per hour
Hours: Monday - Thursday 6 am - 3:15 pm, Fridays 6 am to 11 am

Duties of the cabinet finisher:
Thoroughly analyze work instructions for detailed product information and specifications.
Utilize hand tools to meticulously prepare cabinets for the finishing process, involving tasks such as sanding and dust removal.
Adhere to manufacturers' recommendations while preparing paint for application.
Skillfully execute staining, spraying, and applying primer, sealer, and painted topcoats.
Craft standard stain samples, contributing to an enhanced customer selection process.
Operate Makor, our state-of-the-art automated painting machinery, and conduct rigorous inspections of finished applications to ensure top-notch quality.
Regularly conduct inspections and perform maintenance on finishing equipment and tools to optimize productivity.
Uphold a meticulously organized and clean work area, fostering a conducive work environment.
Requirements of the cabinet finisher:
Possess comprehensive knowledge in the safe operation of equipment, including paint guns, hand tools, and hazardous materials.
Exhibit proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical documents and drawings.
Preferred background in finishing, with at least two years of related experience.
