About the Job
Operational Responsibilities
* Understands the mobile ECMO program development and progress.
* Critical thinking to develop comprehensive educational presentations for all aspects of the mobile ECMO program.
* Development of learning objectives and curriculum for ongoing mobile ECMO education.
* Support ECPR Education within the CRM and University of Minnesota Cardiovascular Division.
* Coordinate instructors for various levels of instruction on mobile ECMO and ECMO transport.
* Work with the MMRC Executive Director to create opportunities to advance the mobile ECMO program and schedule physician outreach as needed.
* Ensure consistent education messaging and outreach.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Certified Critical Care Paramedic or RN
Educational experience for minimum of one year
Current mobile ECMO clinician
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Educational Experience of five years
