JOB REQUIREMENTS: Support and adhere to all Quality Operating System
Procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all
safety regulations. Repair molds and fixtures as directed by Toolroom
Manager. Complete mold change-over as required to maintain production
requirements. Perform PM\'s on molds & ancillary equipment. Repair
equipment as directed by the Toolroom Manager. Properly store molds
after each run. Stage production tools required for all shifts. Maintain
mold PM log. Build fixtures as necessary to support production and
prototyping activities. Communicate mold repair issues with Toolroom
Manager. Any other activities to support production as deemed necessary
by production personnel. Maintain WORF (work order request form)
according to work instructions and procedures. Manufacture mold
components for repair and new tooling. Expedite mold repair and/or
modifications required by Plant Supervisors and/or Set-up technicians,
minimizing downtime. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic writing and computer skills Effective math and communication
