Finance Manager

About the Job

Oversee a team of analysts that accurately and timely produce the annual budget, provider growth plan, productivity reporting, physician acquisition, routine financial reporting, and various other ad hoc analysis. Present financial and business case information from time to time to various leadership teams. Hybrid work schedule permitted.


Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting plus 3 years of finance or accounting experience and 3 years of experience in a provider-based healthcare finance role. Also requires: ability to plan and manage efforts of department personnel; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines; general understanding of physician practice accounting and the ability to appropriately interact with internal customers of varying levels; and ability to present financial information and lead practice meetings.
