  • Job Functions:

    • Must be available to travel up to 80% within PA, WV, KY
    • Must reside in PA.
    • Analyze work orders and plan daily travel schedule. 
    • Investigate customer issues and resolve problems. 
    • Diagnose error or technical problems and perform repairs. 
    • Maintain customer relationships and confidence. 
    • Perform life cycle management and preventative maintenance on equipment. 
    • Manage site installation.
    • Provide emergency repair and service on location.
    • Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge for onsite troubleshooting.
    • Advise customers of manufacturer recommended service intervals.
    • Provide training to customer personnel.
    • Comply with all safety regulations.
    • Prepare and submit Field Service Reports.
    • Document services performed.
    • Order and gather needed components.
    • Track time and materials for services rendered.
    • Utilize and maintain required PPE.
    • Maintain work area in an organized and clean manner.
    • Other functions as assigned.

    • High School diploma required. 
    • Associate Degree in related field preferred. 
    • Technical training with extensive Mechanical and Electrical experience.
    • Knowledge of blueprint and schematic reading.
    • Good communication and organization skills.
    • Problem analysis and resolutions skills.
    • Familiar with proper safety procedures including personal protective equipment requirements.
    • Active listening and learning skills.
    • Valid Driver's License.
    • Interpersonal and customer service skills required.
    • Experience working underground with the proper certifications is highly preferred.
    • Must have the ability to travel 80% of the time within PA, WV, KY
