Process Engineer I will implement and validate manufacturing equipment
and processes for Saint-Gobain Life Sciences\' manufacturing facility in
Portage, WI. Will manage continuous improvement projects in process
capability, product validation, modernization and replacement of
obsolete/deteriorated conditions. Key Production Lines: silicone
molding, extrusion, and cutting, with high automation focus. Key
Accountabilities Work with functional teams as leader to specify,
design, procure and implement equipment / process / tooling that is in
compliance with equipment specifications, meets IOQ & PQ process /
product validation requirements. Lead the planning of projects by
informing, engaging and being accountable for development and initial
production phases of NPI. This will include writing protocols, executing
protocols and finalizing reports. Design & implement new processes &
enhancements for new/existing products (WCM Green Belt Tools in everyday
job). Plan and conduct experiments on current production processes and
engineering improvements to characterize process windows. Is this job
for you ? Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering; required 1+
years of Manufacturing experience with Process / Continuous Improvement;
Required. Ability to work working closely with manufacturing operations
and lead projects. Strong process and manufacturing engineering skills;
including process diagnostic capability with a record of process cost
savings; Required Experience in silicone rubber & thermoplastic,
Preferred. Experience working within regulated industry, with ISO
