<p>Position: Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Paralegal</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><p>• Negotiate and draft secondary lease documents, including Letter Agreements, Lease Modification Agreements, Waivers, Discovery Responses for third party premises liability litigation, and review of internal lease documents to assist in-house attorneys with assigned research projects</p><p>• Draft telecommunications agreements and other agreements and license forms as needed</p><p>• Adapt existing forms to specific matters/deals and revise form language based upon comments from tenant and/or attorney</p><p>• Manage intake of tenant insurance information and compliance with lease requirements</p><p>• Collaborate with attorneys, other FRIT departments, and current/potential tenants</p><p>• Investigate and gather information from internal and external sources</p><p>• Draft internal and external correspondence relating to areas of responsibility</p><p>• Analyze and assist with written responses to Tenant Legal Notices, Defaults, and other operational matters</p><p>• Provide administrative, drafting, and research support to Legal Counsel</p><p>• Setup and submit documents for signature using DocuSign</p><p>• Complete other projects and duties related to the foregoing as assigned</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
