JOB REQUIREMENTS: Assembly of table aprons to top Attach parts and
components for book trucks Maintain equipment in good working order
(glue gun, chop saw, assembly tools, drill press, etc.) Builds pallets
Follow schedules to have pallets made ahead of production Pack table
legs as needed Crate product for shipping Load and lift wrapped product
into trailers Repair and adjust flaws or misalignments Alert Supervisor
of any discrepancy in specifications or measurement Follow assigned
production schedule and reports progress to supervisor Other duties and
projects as assigned \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School or Equivalent Experience: 6 months or more
working in production Physical mobility sufficient to accommodate
bending, reaching, lifting and gripping 50 lbs., possibly more with a
team. Basic math skills to include fractions and decimals, including
conversion Ability to read a tape measure quickly and accurately Have
good attention to detail Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to learn quickly
and desire to take on new projects Must present a professional image
Team player Training in Lean Manufacturing preferred Capable of handling
