JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Title: Maintenance Technician Shifts Available:
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM (Rotating Weekend Coverage) 3rd Shift:
10:30 PM - 6:30 AM (Rotating Weekend Coverage) Training on 1st Shift
(6:30 AM - 2:30 PM) Compensation: Range: \$36.15 - \$41.60 based on
qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities: Ensure machinery
and equipment reliability through preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot
and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic
systems. Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and work
orders. Use hand tools and measuring instruments for parts dimensional
changes. Assemble, install, adjust, and calibrate machinery and
equipment. Adhere to plant safety policies and participate in safety
programs. Provide guidance to junior maintenance colleagues. Perform
other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: High school diploma
(or equivalent) or technical training. 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills: Ability to select and operate hand, power, and
specialty tools. Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery
and systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical
drawings. Strong problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software. Job Title:
