This is a Contract to permanent position within the hospitality industry, offering an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service to clients. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.     Responsibilities:

    • Respond to inbound and outbound calls promptly, adhering to departmental goals for efficiency and quality.

    • Process and finalize reservations accurately, meeting established performance expectations.

    • Input reservation details into the system with precision and attention to detail.

    • Address and resolve customer issues effectively, collaborating with clients and internal teams.

    • Maintain clear and precise communication, utilizing proper grammar and tone to document customer needs.

    • Start and complete assigned tasks on schedule, demonstrating reliability and accountability.

    • Adapt to additional duties or tasks as assigned to support team operations.

    • At least 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer needs effectively.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Familiarity with the Internet and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Capability to navigate through multiple systems efficiently.
    • Experience thriving in fast-paced and dynamic work settings.
    • Demonstrates initiative, punctuality, and a strong sense of ownership in responsibilities.
