JOB REQUIREMENTS: We Are Hiring: Physical Therapist, Inpatient -
Waukesha - Pool/As Needed Begin your story with ProHealth Care\'s

Schedule Details:This pool position supports all three hospitals in the
system. Hours of operation range from 7am to 7pm Monday- Friday with
more traditional business hours on the weekend. This is a high
commitment pool position which includes weekend and holiday requirements
and a minimum of 12 total shifts per month. About Us: The department
operates three inpatient service locations, one at each of the hospitals
in Waukesha, Oconomowoc and Mukwonago. These three locations combine to
complete over 2,000 inpatient visits monthly. Clinical staff cares for
patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular and
medical diagnoses. The department consists of over 55 therapists to
provide rehab services including physical therapy, occupational therapy

Evaluates individuals referred for physical therapy services.Establishes
a physical therapy diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of
treatment.Re-assesses the ongoing effects of treatment.Collaborates with
and provides consultation to others in care delivery.Supervises physical
therapist assistants and aides. What you will need: Bachelor\'s Degree
in Physical Therapy or higher. Current State of WI Physical Therapist
licensure. Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon
hire. At least 1 year of related therapy experience preferred. \*CA
