Job Description
Perform signal and power integrity analysis, using industry-standard
simulation tools including ANSYS SI Wave, ADS and Hyperlynx, which will
drive rules for digital designs
Design serial data channels, including design of circuit board and cable
interconnections, for high-speed SERDES interfaces up to 112 Gbps
Develop and implement PCB and circuit design guidelines and best practices for
signal and power integrity
Collaborate with responsible engineers and layout designers to optimize
designs for signal and power integrity
Troubleshoot and resolve signal and power integrity issues in a lab
environment
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in signal and power integrity
technologies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 2 semesters Electromagnetic Fields and Waves coursework completed
and an intimate understanding of EM concepts is a must
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in signal and power integrity engineering
