JOB REQUIREMENTS: \*\*This is a hybrid position and will need to be in
Appleton WI two days a week\*\* Putting People First in Pharmacy-

customers and each other. The Sr. Project Coordinator, FFS Medicaid
provides support for development, implementation and management of
multi-disciplinary projects. This position is a critical team member
playing a dynamic role between multiple project teams and stakeholders
as directed by the FFS Sr. Director. The project coordinator monitors
and measures projects for internal management. They assist document,
schedule, facilitate, support, and execute on project related
activities. The Sr. Project Coordinator applies proven communication,
analytical, and problem-solving skills to support development and
product lifecycle activities. Is this you? Find out more below! How do I
make an impact on my team? Coordinate project activities including
preparation, constituents\' notices and documentation. Maintain and
enhance versioned documents and templates as needed before, during and
after a project. Assist the project team in documenting requirements,
coordinating resources and scheduling mandatory participants.
Participate in regularly scheduled team and project update meetings.
Build and maintain project sites and load appropriate documentation, to
include weekly project status reports and project schedule
updates/changes. Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external
business and technical resources. Work with the team to identify,
analyze, quantify, mitigate and document risks. Work with the project
management office (ePMO) to utilize and enhance tools that support the
requirements, development, and testing processes. Maintain status
reports that communicate the health of the products and related projects
and enhancements. Generate and suggest creative approaches to support
diagnostically identified and brainstorm potential solutions. What our
team expects from you? Completed 2-year College or Technical Degree or
equivalent experience is required. 4+ years in a professional office
setting. Experience with business/technical writing. Excellent oral and
written communications Experience with core software applications,
including Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to analyze and interpret
data. Ability to professionally interact with all levels of the
