Under general supervision the Identity and Badging Specialist provides customer service in all matters related to badging operations. This includes the creation of identification badges, troubleshooting badge access issues and maintaining badging supplies for staff, contractors, affiliates, etc. This position also monitors badging and access email accounts, and completes requests for new badges and grants access as appropriate.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent from a recognized State or Federal accrediting organization. 1 year or more of experience using computer software systems. Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills; Self starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
Vocational or technical training or degree in Information
Technology or Security related. 5 years or more of experience in healthcare environment. Demonstrated ability to operate various badging applications. Experience in badging and/or physical access security. P2000, Milestone, or Avigilon.
