This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. What You’ll Work On

  • Ensure that assigned areas are properly cleaned using approved cleaning and sanitizing processes.
  • Clean and sanitize processing and production equipment and these areas of the plant according to job standards. 
  • Clean and sanitize food processing equipment and food processing facilities.
  • Operate specialized equipment such as floor scrubbers, scissor lifts, etc. to perform functions of job.
  • Prevent cross contamination of product, work-in-progress, food contact surfaces and food contact packaging during sanitation procedures.
  • Follow all company Sanitation SOPs for cleaning equipment and facility.
  • Removal of trash/garbage for the facility; mopping as needed, cleaning of floor drains and any exterior areas requiring attention.
  • Complete all required sanitation and work order documentation.
  • Maintain all sanitation related equipment including but not limited to automatic floor scrubbers, vacuums, instructions., cleaning equipment and tools.
  • May be asked to work in other areas as needed, if trained.

You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Pay and Shift

The hourly rate for this position is $21/hour. The shift and hours: This is a 12-hour Day shift position from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and allows you to have every other weekend off.

  • Week 1: Mon - OFF, Tues - OFF, Wed - 12 hours, Thurs - 12 hours, Fri - OFF, Sat - OFF, Sun - OFF
  • Week 2: Mon - 12 hours, Tues - 12 hours, Wed - OFF, Thurs - OFF, Fri - 12 hours, Sat - 12 hours, Sun - 12 hours
  • Week 3: Mon - OFF, Tues - OFF, Wed - 12 hours, Thurs - 12 hours, Fri - OFF, Sat - OFF, Sun – OFF
  • Week 4: Mon - 12 hours, Tues - 12 hours, Wed - OFF, Thurs - OFF, Fri - 12 hours, Sat - 12 hours, Sun - 12 hours

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous cleaning experience

The base pay for this position is $17.00 – $34.00 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
