Nurse Assistant Certified - Transitional Care
Position Summary:
Under the direction of a Licensed Nurse, supports the Nursing Staff by performing basic nursing care to the resident. Assist and maintains a safe and clean work environment. Maintains resident privacy, dignity, confidentiality, and respects resident’s rights.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a Michigan State Certified Nurse Aide training program & current State of
- BLS Certification within 3 months of hire
Preferred:
- Previous experience as a Nurse Aide
