program. The OT Network Engineer III is responsible for guiding the
selection, set up, and life cycle management of networking,
communication, and control equipment for business units within FT I for
customer facing projects. This role will assist in the deployment and
release of new technologies ensuring the products fit within FT I
standards and meet cyber security requirements. This role must have
excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, excellent
communication, and the ability to work well individually or as part of a
team. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Information
Technology Management or Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering or
an acceptable combination of education and experience. Experience: 5 or
more years of experience in any of the following areas: Business
Technology infrastructure and systems, Physical Security Systems,
Industrial Automation and Control, or Power Automation and Control.
Virtual Machine setup and maintenance experience is a plus. Travel:
10-25% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and
5 PM, Monday- Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any
day of the week to meet business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \*
Designing, planning, and implementing network architectures specific to
OT systems. \* Developing network diagrams and documentation for OT
infrastructure in line with the Cyber framework. \* Configuring and
maintaining switches, routers, firewalls, and other networking devices
in the OT environment. \* Ensuring proper VLAN segmentation for traffic
isolation and security. \* Continuously monitoring network performance,
availability, and traffic patterns. \* Implementing network monitoring
tools to detect and respond to anomalies. \* Enforcing security policies
and best practices in the OT network. \* Regularly updating and patching
network devices to address security vulnerabilities. \* Identifying and
resolving network issues promptly to minimize downtime. \* Performing
routine maintenance tasks such as firmware updates and device
configuration backups. \* Implementing redundancy and failover
mechanisms to ensure uninterrupted operation of critical OT systems. \*
Aligning with Cyber framework to protect OT assets from cyber threats \*
Facilitating secure data exchange between OT and IT environments. \*
Maintaining detailed records of network configurations, changes, and
incidents. \* Documenting network diagrams, asset inventories, and
network policies. \* Assessing network capacity requirements and
planning for future scalability \* Familiarity with OT network
architectures and standards, including the Purdue model and IEC62443. \*
Commissioning, configuring, deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting
OT network hardware assets, software assets, and technology in
accordance with FTI\'s policies. The job description and
