Job Description:
The purpose of the Sr. Credit Manager is to provide technical support to the credit and collections
managers responsible for the activities of the DAA North American Sales groups. You will be responsible
for acting as an expert resource to provide documentation of the groups processes and procedures as well
as recommending improvements to enhance the credit and collections training and processes.
Provide technical analysis and guidance for complex credit and collections issues and
recommend appropriate solutions.
2. Develop and lead the implementation of policies, processes, and procedures associated with
credit risk, collections, and cash applications.
3. Implement a formal credit approval and onboarding process for new customers.
4. Review credit processes and initiate action for continuous improvement.
5. Evaluate all current systems and credit approval process flows to advise on changes for overall
reduction to risk and improvement of collections.
6. Establish credit and collections KPIs to be used for financial analysis and the development of risk
models.
7. Support the managers responsible for development of credit staff by creating training programs for
for each area of the department.
8. Provide templates to support the migration of current systems to a new operating platform.
9. Oversee the resolution of unclaimed property in accordance with state regulations.
Requirements:
4 Year / Bachelor's Degree Management, Finance, Business or related area
8 years experience Credit and Collections or related field
CCE Certification
