With us, you'll provide essential care and support to individuals in need, fostering independence and enhancing their quality of life. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a caregiving role. Certification: Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required. Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills. Attributes: Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude. Professionalism: Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols. Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support mobility and safety through ambulation and transfers. Prepare and serve meals, adhering to dietary guidelines. Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean home environment. Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes to healthcare professionals. Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a caring, positive atmosphere.
