This is a strategic role in growing the Kemin Food Technologies business across Asia Pacific. The Marketing Manager is jointly accountable for the achievement of the yearly financial targets (net sales, gross margins, and net income) as well as ensuring the 5-year sales budget is achieved through managing a robust product management strategy. As a member of the Management team, the incumbent is expected to provide strategic insights, consistently drive execution of tactics, and have a creative flair in generating new business ideas. He/She has full autonomy to grow the long-term business plus coach a Marketing/Business Development team.

Decision Making & Freedom to Act: This position reports to the President of Kemin Food Technologies Asia. It is a “hands-on” marketing and product management position with significant autonomy, breadth, and flexibility to exceed expectations.
Working Conditions: The position will operate from Singapore and is expected to spend ~20% travelling regionally within Asia / internationally to USA. The position is considered a 40 hours per week and typically requires tremendous flexibility.
