Must have a certified RN license. Must have basic phone, computer skills and own transportation. Must pass a background check. Drug testing as needed. Conduct in-home assessments for elderly care. Perform assessment based on State Guideline, explain program, and create Plan of Care. Input data into computer, create hardfile, keep all client files organized and up-to-date. Pay rate is $18.00 per hour. Benefits: PTO, Vacation, Paid holidays. Will work 28 - 30 hours per week, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday - Thursday.
