IR, Ophthalmology & Medicine. 4PV is seeking nursing professionals to
join our team. Highlights: 20 bed unit that serves Inpatient Women\'s
Health; Gynecology; Gyn/Oncology; Urology; Ophthalmology and Medicine
patients. Primarily responsible for managing post-surgical inpatient
phase and medicine patients, with the potential to treat patients with
conditions or cancers such as Ovarian, Endometrial and Cervical Cancers;
Uterine Fibroids; Pelvic Organ Prolapse; Brachytherapy; Antepartum
Complication Management (e.g. Hyperemesis); Prostate and Kidney Cancer;
Nephrectomy; Urethroplasty; Kidney Stones; Testicular Cancer
Interventions; Urostomy; Urinary Diversion Surgeries; Hepatocellular
Carcinoma; and Ophthalmology Interventions and treatment; (e.g.
Enucleation). 4:1 patient to nurse ratio depending on shift! (5:1 Night

Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility. This job
is ON - SITE. FTE: 0.001000 Shift: Shift 4 Job Summary: Under the
supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse, the Nurse Extern
provides routine care and assist patients with the following tasks
related to the activities of daily living. Responsible to the Patient
Care Director of the assigned unit and the RN\'s on duty on each
assigned shift. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A
minimum experience of two acute care medical-surgical clinical rotations
(or one medical-surgical rotation and one clinical rotation which is
pertinent to the clinical area applying for) from an accredited school
of nursing is required, or one medical - surgical clinical rotation
along with pertinent work experience is required. In addition, at least
one of the clinical rotations must have included medication
administration. Nursing courses/clinicals must have provided theory,
knowledge and experience in providing patient care, performing patient
care procedures and techniques, as well as knowledge and experience in
performing physical assessments, gathering of history data, development
