The Engineering Co-op will provide hands-on experience in the field of industrial distribution and manufacturing, where you'll gain insight into the manufacturing process, inventory control, logistics, and customer relationship management within industrial settings.
Responsibilities:
Will gain practical experience in application engineering, project management, procurement, sales, and vendor relations.
Will assist in analyzing market trends and customer demands to optimize product distribution strategies.
Will learn about manufacturing operations, including foundry, machining, testing, and shipping.
Will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Will receive mentorship from industry professionals and participate in training sessions.
Requirements :
BS or BA Degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
