    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure payroll system, processes, and policies are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:


    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Experience: 10+ years of relevant payroll experience.
    • Proven experience in payroll administration, including complex calculations and analysis.
    • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws, with experience in ensuring compliance.
    • Experience with Social Security Administration (SSA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and multiple state and local taxation rules.
    • Proficiency in advanced payroll software, HRIS systems, and data analysis tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and manipulate large payroll datasets.
    • Experience interacting with internal and external auditors.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations and data entry.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement strategies.
    • Ability to adapt to changing payroll regulations and technologies.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
    • Professional certification in payroll administration (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional, Fundamental Payroll Certification).
    • Experience with SAP, Workday, and AD.
    • Experience in leading or mentoring payroll teams.
