    Robert Half Marketing &  Creative is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join a fast-paced remote team supporting a variety of eCommerce and DTC clients. In this role, you will be focused on building and executing email flows, designing email templates, and managing segmentation strategies to optimize customer engagement and conversions.

    Responsibilities 

    • Design &  Build Flows: Create, manage, and optimize automated email flows for onboarding, nurture, abandoned carts, and more in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and Listrak
    • Segmentation &  Personalization: Develop segmentation strategies to deliver personalized content, increasing engagement and conversion rates
    • Email Templates &  Layouts: Design responsive, visually appealing email templates using creative tools and HTML/CSS for code-based design execution
    • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the team to implement email campaigns including newsletters, promotions, and product launches
    • Analytics &  Reporting: Monitor email performance, track key metrics, and adjust campaigns and flows to optimize results
    • A/B Testing: Run tests on email components like subject lines, copy, images, and CTAs to continually improve campaign performance
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with strategy and design teams to ensure alignment across client objectives, branding, and messaging
    • Manage Deliverability &  Compliance: Ensure email campaigns meet industry standards and are compliant with regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)


    • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, specifically with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Listrak
    • Strong knowledge of email automation, flows, and segmentation strategies to optimize customer journeys
    • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS for email design and customization
    • Experience creating, testing, and optimizing email templates and automated campaigns
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and adjust campaigns for better performance
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively in a fully remote team
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and experience in consumer-facing email marketing
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
